As the e-mobility portal ecomento and the Berlin newspaper Der Tagesspiegel report, uberGreen, with 20 fully and partially electric vehicles, is to be launched in Munich in the autumn of 2017.
The vehicles of the uberGreen fleet are to be ordered “at the push of a button via the Uber app”. The aim is “to enable 10,000 people in Munich to travel in a fully or partially electric car by the end of the year”.
Uber, the provider of a car sharing system with chauffeurs (meaning a kind of taxi service, but more efficiently networked), also follows electromobility “very attentively” and has “already started numerous projects in other countries”. The detailed interview is available in the daily newspaper Der Tagesspiegel.
